Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Vibe Browser subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
How to Cancel
- Go to the Stripe Customer Portal
- Log in with your subscription email
- Click "Cancel subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
Alternatively, contact support@vibebrowser.app and we'll cancel it for you.
Refund Policy
We offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time:
- Monthly subscriptions: Refund for remaining days in the billing cycle
- Annual subscriptions: Refund for remaining months
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
- Click the chat widget and select "Talk to a Human"
- Or email support@vibebrowser.app with:
- Your account email
- Subscription ID or order number
- Reason for refund (optional)
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will appear on your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation when processed
