Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Vibe Browser subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to the Stripe Customer Portal
  2. Log in with your subscription email
  3. Click "Cancel subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

Alternatively, contact support@vibebrowser.app and we'll cancel it for you.

Refund Policy

We offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Refund for remaining days in the billing cycle
  • Annual subscriptions: Refund for remaining months

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Click the chat widget and select "Talk to a Human"
  2. Or email support@vibebrowser.app with:
    • Your account email
    • Subscription ID or order number
    • Reason for refund (optional)

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will appear on your original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when processed
